How do I back up assessment data before re-normalizing a supplier name?

Before supplier re-normalization, you can export all existing assessment data from the portal.
BCP & Custom Assessments:
- Navigate to: Hamburger Menu → Action Center → Assessments → Assessment Responses → Consolidated Responses
- Export/download the supplier’s responses
SCV Assessments:
- Navigate to: Hamburger Menu → Action Center → Assessments → Track Assessment
- Export/download the SCV data
These exports act as a complete backup of submitted responses and can be used for future reference.
