No, Resilinc will not reach out to your designated Partner or Site Emergency Contacts on behalf of any other customers, even if the supplier company is shared.
The Partner/Site Emergency contact details you provide in your CDIF are not shared with other customers. They are used exclusively for outreach to the specific customer who provided them.
For example, if Customer A designates "John Doe at ACMTL" as an emergency contact, he will only be contacted for events involving Customer A.
