How can we ensure that Resilinc is exclusively reaching out to the supplier users we have designated for confirming any impacts?

When requesting impact confirmation from your partners during disruptions, you have the ability to control which contacts are reached out to for confirmation. Here are the available options for contact selection:

  • Supplier Emergency Contacts Provided by us in CDIF:

By choosing this option, you will connect with the emergency contacts that your organization has designated in the CDIF. These contacts are specifically designated as emergency points of contact for your partners and hold crucial information during disruptions. It is important to note that customer cannot unselect the top two options (Partner Emergency Contacts and Site Emergency Contacts) simultaneously.

  • Site Emergency Contacts Provided by us in CDIF:

Similar to the previous choice, this selection allows you to reach out to the emergency contacts specified in the CDIF, but these contacts are associated with specific partner sites or locations rather than the partner organizations themselves. Opting for this option enables you to contact site-specific emergency contacts for relevant information during disruptive events.

  • Contacts Shared by Supplier in our SCV:

This option empowers you to reach out to the contacts that your partners have shared in the SCV (Supply Chain Visibility). These contacts are typically linked with your partners' organizations and can offer insights into the impact on their operations.

  • Site Contacts Shared by Supplier in our SCV:

By selecting this option, you can directly contact the site emergency contacts shared by your supplier in Supply Chain Visibility (SCV). These contacts are typically associated with a specific partner site and can provide deeper insights into the impact on the site they are responsible for.
