I think an important News Event affecting my company was missed by Resilinc; who can I contact?

  • If you cannot find a news event in the portal, Resilinc TechSupport can confirm if an Event was created. 
  • If the news event was actually missed, or if your company was affected but not included in the report, your CSM (Customer Success Manager) can reach out to our Internal EventWatch Monitoring team.
  • You can also reach out to our Technical Support team for this.
