- To access the Resilinc solution, user needs to click on Login.
- To login, users needs to enter their username and password
- If you have forgotten your username then click on Forgot Username? link on the login page. User need to provide their email address as per Resilinc records and then enter the captcha code as shown on the screen. The captcha code is case sensitive so users needs to make sure that they input it the way it appears on the screen.
- Username recovery emails also comes from Registration@resilinc.com with subject line Your Resilinc account username.
- If you know your username but have forgotten your password then user needs to click on Forgot Password? link on the Resilinc Portal login page.
- User needs to input their username as per the records in Resilinc database which they had set at the time of registration (onboarding) and the Captcha code. The captcha code is again case sensitive.
- Once the correct username and captcha is entered, user needs to click on Next button and the password reset email is sent to the user if the account is valid.
- This email comes from Registration@resilinc.com with subject line Reset your Resilinc Password
- User needs to make sure that they enter the correct username to receive the reset password email. Generally, users put their email ID as username and it may not the one they had set at the time of registration/onboarding then they will never receive the reset password email.
