- Open the Resilinc mobile app, enter your username, and click on the "Proceed" button or press the "Enter" key.
- The username is validated and in case the SSO is applicable the user will be directed to their SSO service provider page.
- Here the user will have to enter their login credentials (username & password) and the SSO service provider validates this credentials for the user to access the Resilinc mobile app.
