How can I permanently delete a user account from the portal if my colleague has left the organization?

  • To permanently remove a user’s account, you need to contact Resilinc's Tech Support.
  • There is no direct way for customers to delete a user from the portal. However, a company admin can deactivate the user from the User Management page, which will restrict their access to the portal.
  • You can either:
  • Send an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
  • Submit a ticket via the Customer Support Hub.
  • Once Resilinc's Tech Support receives the request, they will initiate internal steps to remove the user from the database completely.
