- To permanently remove a user’s account, you need to contact Resilinc's Tech Support.
- There is no direct way for customers to delete a user from the portal. However, a company admin can deactivate the user from the User Management page, which will restrict their access to the portal.
- You can either:
- Send an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
- Submit a ticket via the Customer Support Hub.
- Once Resilinc's Tech Support receives the request, they will initiate internal steps to remove the user from the database completely.
