- The message can only be addressed to one participant by using @ followed by the name. Once you start typing a few alphabets of the name, there will be a dropdown visible with a list of all applicable users for that channel. A name can be selected then to whom the message needs to be addressed
- Note: This message will be addressed to the selected participant however message it is sent and visible to all the participants in that channel. But @ mentioned message email would be received only by the intended user and not all. Rest users within the channel would receive unread message email for the same mentioned message if their first setting is turned ON.
