- There are various channels that can be explored by the customers to interact with their suppliers.
- Customers can use the Collaboration Center feature within the Resilinc solutions to interact with the supplier users directly using the Resilinc solutions
- Customers can interact with their suppliers from the WarRoom event detail page as well. Customers can find the Collaborate button on every event details page. This would open up a chat box which will enable the customers to interact with their suppliers.
- If the supplier user is not logged in, he will receive an email notification stating there is one pending message for him or her from one of their customers.
- Supplier user can login into Resilinc solution and respond to the question asked by their customer.
- Customers can also interact with their suppliers using the Resilinc EventWatch mobile app. Their will be a messaging icon in front of each event which would enable a chat box for customers to interact with their supplier users.
- My Team channel will be created for customers to interact with their colleagues. Active Customer users with Event Lead role will show up in My Team channel under participant list and they will be able to send the messages.
- Also, user having Commodity Manager role with partners/categories/event types selected under their preferences settings which match the impacted event will also be visible in collaboration centre chat window in respective event.
- Separate supplier channel will be created for each supplier if the supplier impact is issued for that event. You can interact with the active Crisis Managers from supplier companies shared with that particular customer as they will only show up in the participant list of particular partners.
