I am on my mobile app and I am unable to see the entire list of colleagues having access to the Resilinc solution as participant in the messaging section.

  • In the participant list under messaging section of mobile app, Resilinc only list the users that have the Event Lead role assigned to them.
  • If your colleague does not have this role assigned, they will not appear in this list
  • You can either chose to add this role so that you can see this person going forward as participant in all events or alternatively you can add him for this specific conversation.
  • To add other users from the customer company, user needs to navigate to the event.
  • On event detail page, user needs to click on Messaging icon > My Team channel > Participant ListAdd People.

  • User will get the list of users to add in this channel as participants. This list will contain all the active users within that customer company who does not have the Event Lead role.

  • This will add a user as a participant only for this specific event. It will not be added as participant for any other event.
