Why do certain supplier contacts appear on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list after a CDIF upload?

  • Supplier contacts may appear on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list in the Resilinc platform if they have explicitly requested not to be contacted via email communications from Resilinc. This designation is voluntary and is not related to invalid email addresses or bounce backs.
  • Key Points:
    • DND status is contact driven: A supplier user may request to be placed on the DND list, and Resilinc will honor this preference to respect user communication choices.
    • CDIF uploads detect DND contacts: When a customer includes DND-marked contacts in a CDIF file, the system automatically flags them and sends a notification email listing those DND entries.
    • DND contacts will not receive notifications: Any DND-marked supplier users included in CDIF files will not receive notifications, alerts, or communications triggered by the platform.
