When customers use Data Load Automation to log in to SFTP sites, do all users share a single login, or does each user have their own unique credentials?

Each customer is provided with one set of SFTP credentials for accessing the site. This means there is a single login per customer rather than individual logins for each user.
To access the SFTP server, the customer (or their CSM) will need the following credentials:
- Username
- Port
- Host
- Password
These credentials enable any authorized person within the customer’s team to upload files to the SFTP site as needed.
