Does the Autoload job run at a specific time, and can I request a custom schedule for it?

While this is the default schedule, customers can request modifications, such as setting the job to run on specific days (e.g., weekly on Mondays).

However, specifying an exact time (e.g., 1 PM EST) may not always be feasible, as our Internal team needs to coordinate the schedule with other jobs to prevent conflicts and ensure system performance.

Any requested changes will be reviewed by our Internal team, and customers will be informed if adjustments are feasible based on the existing job schedules.
