            • Site-level contacts added in CDIF Tab 6:

              • The user is assigned all three roles: Crisis Manager (CM), Account Manager (AM), and Business Continuity (BC).

            • Site-level contacts provided on the SCV by the supplier:

              • The user is assigned only the Crisis Manager (CM) role.
