Removing a user from the CDIF does not affect their access to the supplier portal; they will still be able to log in and use the system as before.
However, if the user was assigned as a site or supplier emergency contact, they will no longer receive EventWatch (EW) notifications.
- To fully revoke access for an incorrectly added supplier user, a Tech Support ticket must be submitted via the Customer Support Hub, or you can email Tech Support at customersupport@resilinc.ai.
