My company has changed its name. How do I have it changed in our Resilinc portal?

  • If your company has undergone a name change and you need it updated in the Resilinc portal, please contact Resilinc Technical Support directly.
  • You can send your request to: customersupport@resilinc.ai
  • Be sure to include the following details in your request to avoid delays:
    • Your current registered company name in the portal
    • The new company name
    • Your contact information
    • Any relevant documentation supporting the name change (if applicable)
  • The support team will coordinate internally and assist in updating your company name within the system.
