            Why am I unable to see the option to mark certain users as inactive or locked, even though I have admin access?

            • The "Mark Inactive" and "Locked" toggle options are only available for onboarded users (those with Active or Inactive status).
            • These options will not be visible for users who are in Reminder Pending, Approval Pending, Not Onboarded or Blocked status.
