How can a supplier contact receive a new registration email for the Partner portal if they don't have access to a WarRoom or an ongoing survey?

  • In such cases, Resilinc data admins have the capability to manually send registration emails to supplier users, allowing them to access the Partner portal without the need for a WarRoom or an active assessment. 
  • Additionally, customer can ask supplier or they themselves can send an email to Technical Support Team (customersupport@resilinc.ai) with details of the user that requires the registration email.
