Will the emergency contacts provided through CDIF/SCV have access to WarRoom details in a supplier portal if the customer’s supplier impact notification setting is turned off?

  • No, if the customer turns off supplier outreach setting for impact notification, the emergency contacts provided through CDIF/SCV will not receive impact notification emails on behalf of that customer. Additionally, these emergency contacts will not be able to view WarRooms associated with that customer on the supplier portal.
  • If the supplier contact is shared between your company and another Resilinc's customer, the contact will have visibility into the specific WarRoom where other impacted Resilinc customers are listed.
  • However, they will not be able to see/access the WarRoom related only to your company since you have disabled the supplier impact confirmation settings in your portal.
