Does the system Auto translate non-English data (e.g., Chinese) entered during assessments or CDIF uploads on the customer or supplier portal?

  • The system does not automatically translate non-English data.
  • When suppliers enter data in Chinese or other non-English languages during SCV assessments or any other assessment, the data is displayed exactly as entered, in its original language, on the customer portal.
  • Likewise, when data is uploaded via CDIF in a non-English language, the system retains the original language throughout the process. The data appears unchanged on both the customer and supplier portals.
  • In summary, the system preserves the language used during input and does not apply translation at any stage of the assessment or CDIF upload process.
