- When customer or supplier data is removed from the Resilinc platform (for example, from CDIF uploads, the user interface, or completed assessments), the data is no longer accessible from the front end. However, the information may continue to reside securely on Resilinc servers for a limited period in accordance with contractual and compliance requirements.
- The retained data remains stored only until the applicable agreement or contract validity period expires. Once the contract term has ended, the data is permanently deleted from Resilinc servers in alignment with data retention and compliance policies.
- This approach ensures regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and contractual obligations while preventing continued access to inactive or deleted data through the platform.
