- The "Invalid Contact" tab on the Track Assessment page helps manage and address invalid contact information for assessment respondents. Invalid contact details will be displayed under the Respondents tab of the assessment with a blocked logo next to the affected user.

- Quickly identify which contacts have invalid information.
- Helps in taking corrective actions to update or replace invalid contact details.

- Highlights invalid contacts to help maintain the accuracy of contact information.
- Ensures smooth and effective administration of assessments.
How to Update/Add a Valid Contact:
- Users can update invalid contact details directly through the Respondents tab.
Add a New User:
- To add a new user, select the ‘Add New User To List’ option.
Activate a Valid Contact:
- If the contact is valid, click the contact logo to activate the user.
