  • Yes, users can use the "Update Company Custom Generated Scores" dashboard to update Custom Risk Scores directly, without going through the CDIF process. Below are the steps to guide you through this process:
  • Steps to Use the Dashboard:
    • Navigate to the Dashboard:
    • From the left navigation, click on View Dashboard > Dashboards.
    • Search for the Update Company Custom Generated Scores dashboard.
    • This dashboard displays all the risk factors that can be updated via a CDIF upload.

Note: Risk factors related to assessments cannot be updated through this dashboard, as they require assessment submissions from suppliers.

  • Updating a Risk Score:
    • Navigate to the specific cell corresponding to the partner and risk factor, edit the score, and click Save Changes.
    • Alternatively, download the CSV file listed on the page, which includes all supplier names and their current risk scores. Update the file as needed and upload it back via the same page.
  • Important Considerations:
    • New Risk Factors: This dashboard cannot be used to add new risk factors. If you need to add a new risk factor, follow the steps in this article:

    • Once the changes have been made, navigate to the Risk Settings page via the gear icon, then click Recalculate Scores Now to trigger the recalculation of risk scores based on the updated data.
  • Note : After updating the scores through the dashboard, if a CDIF is uploaded with new or different custom risk scores, the values you updated will be overwritten by those from the CDIF upload.
