Since HealthMark scores are not visible in the RapidRatings dashboard, how can I include them in Resilinc?

• Since HealthMark scores are not directly displayed in the RapidRatings dashboard within Resilinc, customers can add these scores using the following methods:

1. Through CDIF (Tab 1):
Resilinc provides 9 Custom Defined Risk Score fields in CDIF (columns K to S). You can use any one of these columns to upload the HealthMark score for suppliers.

2. Backend Upload by Resilinc:
If all Custom Defined Risk Score fields are already in use, Resilinc can upload the scores from the backend。 For this, the following details are required：

• Risk factor name
• Normalized supplier list
• Score data(preferably converted to a 1–scale）
• Insertion frequency (how often the scores should be refreshed）

• Once the data is processed and uploaded, you will need to click the “Recalculate” option in the UI to view the updated scores.
