What constitutes a 'Partial mapped part,' and how is its count calculated within the mapping summary dashboard?

  • Partial mapped parts refer to instances where only a portion of the required mapping information is available. There are two scenarios that contribute to this classification:
  • Incomplete CPN Mapping: When a Customer Part Number (CPN) has multiple Partner Part Numbers (PPNs), and mapping details are provided for only some PPNs while others remain unmapped, these CPNs fall under the category of partial mapping.
  • Partial Supplier Mapping: If a specific PPN is supplied by multiple suppliers, and mapping information exists for only one supplier or a subset of suppliers, leaving some suppliers' mappings incomplete, it's also considered partial mapping.
  • The count for partial mapped parts on the mapping summary dashboard is calculated based on these criteria, highlighting the instances where mapping information is partially available for the specified CPNs or PPNs.
