Why is the Suppliers grid in the WarRoom showing 0 part count for a particular supplier, even though we have provided parts for that supplier in our Data Input File?

  • In the Suppliers grid of the WarRoom, we display the count of parts that are associated with the sites impacted by a specific event.
  • When no parts are mapped to the affected sites, the count of parts will be shown as 0 on the Suppliers grid.
  • To ensure that the correct part counts are reflected, it is important that the parts are mapped against their respective sites.
  • This can be achieved either by providing part site mapping in the CDIF (Customer Data Input File) or by launching SCV (Supply Chain Visibility) assessments for suppliers, allowing them to map the parts in the assessments.
  • Once the parts are appropriately mapped to the sites and the respective sites are impacted during an event, the Suppliers grid in the WarRoom will display the actual count of parts associated with those impacted sites, and the count will no longer be shown as 0.
