What happens when a domain or email ID is blocked?

  • The domain or email ID is moved from the Active tab to the Blocked tab.
  • All users associated with the blocked domain or email ID are deactivated and immediately logged out.
  • These users cannot be added to ongoing or future assessments.
  • The blocked domain/ID is recorded in the backend to prevent re-adding.
