How does the system prevent adding blocked users or domains during contact addition?

The system automatically checks if an email ID or domain has been blocked by the supplier. If blocked, it does the following depending on mode of entry:

  1. During CDIF contact addition: If a blocked user is added through the CDIF, their contact is not added to the tenant. A warning is added to the validation report for the user.

  2. During Assessment Kick-Off: The user or domain cannot be added to the supplier tenant and the flow will not continue until a valid user is added, preventing unauthorized access and maintaining data integrity.

  3. During addition of respondents or adding/editing user through User Management: Same as above. The user or domain cannot be added to the supplier tenant and the flow will not continue until a valid user is added, preventing unauthorized access and maintaining data integrity.

  4. During SCV Response: The process is not stopped. The user is added to the tenant but will be added in the blocked state. Which means that they will not be able to log in or perform any actions in the portal. But they will be available under the ‘blocked’ tab under ‘Contacts’ tab.
