  • In the past few years, supply chain has been hit by many global disruptions and disasters.
  • Usually, our customers have to react to disruptions with very little upfront information about the supplier locations.
  • Often, they do not know where supplier partners are located in a given region and are unsure who to start contacting.
  • This lack of visibility makes it very difficult to react swiftly and avoid downtime and impact to the business.
  • Our customers want improved visibility to global locations and clear identification of where the parts originate.
  • This is so when global disruptions occur, they have critical and actionable information early on.
  • This will allow them to make response and recovery related decisions quickly and proactively.
  • It allows the ability to minimize impact and downtime by acting in an informed and coordinated fashion.
