If a supplier submits an assessment and later they realize that they want to make the changes, would they be able to do it?

Yes. Suppliers can edit the submitted assessments proactively.
On editing the data, if suppliers try to save or submit an already submitted assessment with incomplete information, then the assessment status will change to ”In progress” or “Past Due”
