COMMUNICATION

Effective & real-time communication is one of the most important practices to be incorporated in SCRM processes for its usersThis can be achieved by two means:

  • Manual Communication
  • Collaboration Center

MANUAL COMMUNICATION

In manual communication, Event Leads, Category Leads, or managers can contact suppliers after the event has occurred to confirm if the supplier location is disrupted or not. This could be done by call, email or by an agent

The Resilinc system stores the supplier emergency contacts at a centralized location and for ease of access gives relevant supplier contacts for every event. The downloaded contact list for supplier emergency contacts can be downloaded from Impact Summary tab of the WarRoom.

COLLABORATION CENTER

During the advent of any turbulent event, Resilinc keeps its customers and their suppliers in the loop through continuous collaboration. Coordinating with stakeholders, assessing damages, and producing a mitigation strategy is required.

Collaboration center feature allows users to initiate contextual conversation with internal risk team members as well as with supplier emergency contacts to collect their responses about the event status.  The Collaboration Center helps enhance communication by tracking responses at a centralized location.

Collaboration can be further refined by downloading Supplier Contact details, and an important feature is that the details will only be downloaded for suppliers that have been impacted. This prevents customers from cumbersome legwork and saves time.
