  • Supplier Selection

Users at the portal can choose to limit the suppliers they want to interact with and receive updates on. Using the personal setting section, users can limit their individual scope by criteria such as supplier names, geographic locations, tier level, categories, event types and others.

  • Additionally these selected suppliers will be available in the “Supplier Watchlist” section of the Home Page. Thus, facilitating quick access to the required supplier information right when the user logs in.
  • Also, suppliers marked as favorite under "Watchlist" column would give users an ability to sort suppliers in the “Supplier Watchlist” section of the Home Page.
  • Advanced Configuration
With Advanced configuration options, organizations can create custom filters specifically related to their business operations, processes, or internal criteria. Custom filters allow users to configure their personal settings based their role, department, or area of responsibility. For example, if a customer has onboarded users from multiple business units, it will be helpful to have the business units defined in the Resilinc system. With the appropriate business unit selection, users can receive system notifications only for their respective business units.

Note: Custom attributes or User Defined Attributes can be created using the “User Defined Attribute” functionality.

  • Additional Settings (New Bulletins & Partner Impact Responses)
Setting the News Bulletin preferences can be critical to ensuring a good user experience, since the industry specific notification may not always be relevant to the users or related to customer’s supply chain. By default, all the new users receive Medium, High & Severe notifications in real-time. The frequency of these notifications can be reduced by opting to receive notifications only for High & Severe events. This can be further reduced if the users choose to receive a daily digest of all the events at the end of every day.
Users can further choose to receive or ignore some additional notifications informing the users about their supplier’s response to impact notifications. Based on the user’s primary selections on the above-mentioned grids, the partner response notifications will only be shared for the applicable suppliers. Depending on user preference, these settings can be updated to receive real-time notifications when the supplier confirms that they are either Assessing, Impacted or Not Impacted. Alternatively, user can choose to receive a daily summary of all the responses in a single mail.
