Why am I seeing 'Unknown' in the country column of the Site Dashboard?

  • The reason you are seeing 'Unknown' in the country column of the Site Dashboard is likely due to the usage of bad or non-standard country names in your supplier sites.
  • While the CDIF itself may not fail due to this issue, the site dashboard will display the country name as 'UNKNOWN'.
  • To prevent this error and ensure accurate country information, Resilinc strongly recommends selecting the country from the dropdown menu available on the Site List tab of the CDIF.
  • By doing so, you can avoid encountering 'Unknown' entries in the country column and maintain reliable and standardized data on the Site Dashboard.
