How can I recover a Risk factor (Automatically created for custom assessment) if it was accidentally deleted?

Whenever a custom assessment is launched, a new Risk factor is automatically created on the Risk KPI settings page.
If the Risk KPI is accidentally deleted, it cannot be manually re-added, as it is automatically generated during the assessment configuration process.
To recreate the deleted Risk KPI, relaunch the same assessment template for a new supplier or for the existing supplier. This will automatically generate the Risk KPI on the Risk KPI settings page again.
