- Yes, customers have the option to add extra columns to the SCV assessment.
- To start this process, please raise a ticket to tech support. Upon receipt, we will create an internal ticket for the concerned team.
- In your ticket, specify the tab number (1 to 8) and the names of the columns you wish to include.
- Note that these custom columns will only appear in assessments launched after we add them from the backend. Assessments launched earlier will continue to display standard columns.
- It's important to highlight that functionality such as marking columns as mandatory, applying validation rules on collected data, marking entire tabs as optional, or hiding them if needed are not currently available.
