- All support-related tools and resources are conveniently grouped under the Help & Support menu, which you can access from the question mark (?) icon located in the top header of the application.
- Clicking this menu opens a dropdown where you will find helpful options, such as “Ask a Product Usage question,” “Chat with Technical Support,” the Customer Hub, and a link to the Resilinc Academy.
- Use this section whenever you need assistance or want to browse available support channels and documentation.
