How can encryption be enabled for a customer organization in Resilinc?

  • If a customer wishes to enable encryption, their CSM or representative must raise a request by emailing CustomerSupport@resilinc.ai, clearly stating the customer’s name and requesting encryption enablement. Once received, Resilinc’s Customer Support team will create an internal ticket for the Infra team to:
  • Generate the encryption key.
  • Share the key securely with Customer Support.
  • Provide the key to the customer via the CSM (not via SFTP).
  • Enable encryption configuration for the customer org.
