Can a Company Admin user edit What-If WarRoom details or enable the “Request Impact Confirmation from Supplier” option after the WarRoom (What-If) is created by a regular user?

  • As per the What-If functionality, once a WarRoom is created, its details and the 'Request Impact Confirmation from Supplier' option remain fixed, ensuring consistency and control. Company Admins can manage these settings during the initial setup phase.
  • The Company Admin can send a supplier impact request for shared What-If scenarios.
  • For regular users:
    1. Create and save the What-If scenario.
    2. Use the Share Scenario feature to share it with the Company Admin.
    3. The Company Admin can then create the event and send the Supplier Impact Request.
