Under what circumstances is a supplier not notified with an Impact Confirmation when a customer creates a WarRoom from the What‑If dashboard?

  • When creating a WarRoom from the What-if dashboard, the Supplier Impact Confirmation is sent to suppliers only if a specific option is selected during the WarRoom setup.
  • If suppliers did not receive an Impact Confirmation, it is likely because the customer did not select the checkbox that enables supplier impact notifications at the time of WarRoom creation.
  • Selecting this checkbox explicitly allows Impact Confirmation requests to be sent to the affected suppliers. If the option is left unchecked, the WarRoom is created successfully, but no Impact Confirmation is triggered.
  • Refer to the highlighted checkbox in the setup screen (as shown in the referenced figure) to ensure this option is enabled when supplier confirmations are required.
