How does the D&B API integration work, and what is the end-to-end process for this?

D&B Subscription Purchase
- The customer needs to purchase a D&B subscription directly from the D&B team.
- They should confirm the number of sites included so Resilinc can align the corresponding API hit count.
Scope Confirmation
1. The customer confirms whether D&B data is required for:
  - Only their provided sites, or
  - All source sites (partner sites and Resilinc research sites).
API Credentials
- The customer provides their D&B username and password to Resilinc to fetch D&B scores via the API.
Site Mapping
- Resilinc provides the customer sites and their corresponding DUNS numbers as input to the D&B API.
D&B API Output
1. The D&B API returns the following four scores in the output file:
  - Paydex D&B
  - SER D&B
  - SSI D&B
  - Failure Score D&B
Risk Label Creation
- Resilinc creates the above four risk labels in the database.
- The customer or CSM should create the same labels through the Risk Configuration page in the UI.
Data Upload and Execution
- Once Resilinc uploads the D&B scores into the database, the Customer/CSM/Customer Support executes the risk batch related to D&B scores.
- After execution, all four D&B scores will be reflected on the dashboard.
Ongoing Refresh
- Resilinc refreshes D&B scores bi-weekly for customers to ensure up-to-date risk visibility.
