• In such cases, one of the following options can be followed:
• Option 1: Create a Dedicated SSO User for Integration
  • The customer can create a dedicated SSO-enabled user account on the third-party portal (e.g., D&B) specifically for Resilinc user.
   • The credentials of this account can be used to securely fetch the required scores through API integration.
• Option 2: Share Score Data File

• The customer can extract the required score data from the third-party portal at their end.

• The extracted score file can be shared with Resilinc.

• The Resilinc team will upload the file in the backend and process the scores accordingly.
