If we completely change the Supplier External ID and Site External ID, will it impact supplier normalization or cause loss of War-Rooms for suppliers already uploaded on the portal?

No impact on War-Rooms or supplier normalization.
War-Room data is linked to internal system identifiers, not Supplier or Site External IDs.
Historical War-Room records use internal keys, so changing External IDs does not delete, modify, or disrupt existing War-Rooms.
Supplier normalization remains unchanged once a supplier or site is normalized and uploaded.
Updating Supplier External IDs or Site External IDs does not undo or alter the normalization status.
