- Currently, the Resilinc mobile app does not support biometric login methods such as Fingerprint or Face ID for Single Sign-On (SSO) users.
- The reason is that authentication for SSO accounts is managed entirely by the organization’s SSO provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity), and user credentials are not stored within Resilinc.
- As of now, Resilinc does not recommend enabling biometric login for SSO accounts, since it would bypass the organization’s authentication flow. Continue using the standard SSO login process on the mobile app.
