- Resilinc issues two types of event alerts: EventWatch News and WarRooms. Whether a customer receives a WarRoom or just an EventWatch News alert depends on the supplier and site mapping associated with the event.
- Here’s how it works:
- When an event (e.g., fire, natural disaster, etc.) is detected, the EventWatch team evaluates if the impacted supplier and their corresponding site location (e.g., city, region, or facility) are shared with the customer in the Resilinc platform.
- If both the supplier and the impacted site are shared with the customer, a WarRoom is automatically created for that customer. The WarRoom will include the supplier and site data relevant to the event.
- If either the supplier or the impacted site is not shared with the customer, the system does not create a WarRoom. Instead, the customer receives the information as EventWatch News, without any supplier/site data.
