Why is the WarRoom Impact Details page showing blank for an event, even though I received a WarRoom notification for it?

  • The WarRoom Impact Details page may appear blank even if you received a WarRoom notification.
  • This typically occurs due to changes in your EventWatch supplier preferences after the event was triggered.
  • How it Works:
    • WarRoom notifications are generated based on the suppliers included in your EventWatch preferences at the time the event is triggered.

 

 


    • If you later modify your preferences and remove the affected suppliers, the system will no longer display their impact data when you access the WarRoom.

  • As a result, the Impact Details tab may appear blank, even though a notification was received.

  • Example:
    • In the above event, we could see that Suppliers COOPER PARTNER and STERLING SUPPLIER were impacted in the event and were part of user's preferences when the event occurred and user receives the WarRoom notification for that.
    • However, post receiving the WarRoom notification, user removed both suppliers from preferences and we observed that their data would no longer be visible in the Impact Details section of the WarRoom.
  • Recommended Action:
  • If you encounter this situation:
    • Review your EventWatch supplier preferences to check whether any affected suppliers were recently removed.

    • To maintain visibility into relevant events, avoid removing key suppliers from your preferences unless absolutely necessary.
