I have provided custom risk scores for suppliers in the CDIF file (Tab-1), uploaded the CDIF, and configured CDIF columns on the Risk Settings page — why are the custom risk scores still not displaying?

  • This issue typically arises due to an incorrect sequence of steps. Please follow the correct order below:

  • If you upload the CDIF first and only then configure the custom columns on the Risk Settings page, the custom scores will not be applied.

  • To ensure custom scores are displayed correctly:

    • First, configure the CDIF custom columns on the Risk Settings page.
    • Next, enter the custom scores in the CDIF (Tab-1).
    • Finally, upload the CDIF file.

Following this order ensures that the custom scores are properly recognized and displayed on the portal.
