- If you upload the CDIF first and only then configure the custom columns on the Risk Settings page, the custom scores will not be applied.
- To ensure custom scores are displayed correctly:
- First, configure the CDIF custom columns on the Risk Settings page.
- Next, enter the custom scores in the CDIF (Tab-1).
- Finally, upload the CDIF file.
Following this order ensures that the custom scores are properly recognized and displayed on the portal.
