Why are risk scores not getting populated in the org after a CDIF upload?

  • Risk scores may not populate after a CDIF upload if either of the following conditions is true:
    • Risk score values are not included in the uploaded CDIF file.
    • Required Risk Settings custom columns are not configured in the org before processing the CDIF upload.

    

    Root Cause Scenarios

  • Scenario 1: Risk Score Values Missing in CDIF
    • If the uploaded CDIF file does not contain risk score values in the relevant tabs (such as Suppliers or Part Sourcing), the system will not have any data to process and display.
    • Users should verify that the required risk score columns are populated before uploading the CDIF file.
  • Scenario 2: Risk Settings Not Configured Before Upload
  • For risk scores to be processed successfully through CDIF, the corresponding Risk Settings custom columns must already be configured in the org prior to the upload.
  • If the CDIF file is uploaded before configuring the required Risk Settings:
    • The uploaded scores will not be processed.
    • Risk score values will not appear in the org even if they are present in the CDIF file.

    Recommended Steps Before CDIF Upload

  • Before uploading a CDIF file containing risk scores, ensure the following:
    • Required Risk Settings custom columns are configured in the org.
    • Risk score values are populated in the appropriate CDIF tabs.
    • The CDIF file is validated before processing.

    Best Practice

  • Always configure Risk Settings first and then perform the CDIF upload to ensure successful risk score processing.
