Can a supplier point of contact provided in CDIF Tab 1 respond to events?

  • Yes, a supplier contact provided in CDIF Tab 1 (Column 'G') as Point of Contact can respond to an event from the supplier portal if they are assigned with Crisis Manager role.
  • However, they cannot respond via email notification because Points of Contact in CDIF Tab 1 are not the contact list used to send supplier impact notifications.
