What event types or severity levels will send supplier impact confirmation via the What If Scenario tool?

Supplier impact confirmation requests are sent for all events created using the What If too irrespective of event types of severities.
It is mandatory to have "Request Impact Confirmation from Suppliers (Admin Restricted Access)" enabled at the time of creating the event through What If tool.
