How can I rename a risk factor linked to CDIF columns?

• If a risk factor (e.g., On Time Delivery) is already created and mapped to CDIF in risk settings, it cannot be directly renamed. To update the name, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Risk Settings page in the customer portal.
  2. Locate the existing risk factor (On Time Delivery) that is mapped to CDIF.
  3. Delete the current risk factor, as renaming is not supported.
  4. Create a new risk factor with the desired name (Supplier On Time Delivery).
  5. Configure it the same way as the previous risk factor, ensuring it is correctly mapped to CDIF.
  6. Once the configuration is complete, execute the risk batch by clicking "Recalculate Score Now."

This process ensures that the updated risk factor is correctly applied within the system.
